Beyond MeToo: Healing the Wounds of Sexual Trauma

Jan 14, 2019

"If we're not honoring boundaries with each other on a smaller scale, in a smaller context..., it's no surprise to me that we have this whole culture that is having a lot of trouble with boundaries and standing up for ourselves and saying 'no.' ... We don't wanna say 'no' to people, we don't wanna let them down, we don't wanna hurt their feelings. It's very difficult for all of us, men and women, to practice 'yes' and 'no.'"

Kate is a trauma-informed bodyworker, coach, and social change and transformation educator. In this episode, she shares her perspective on the transformative power of bodywork and yoga as it relates to healing from trauma.
